Returns & Refund Policy

At The Charmed Page, we take great care in curating and shipping our books, gifts, and stationery to our readers. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure you have the best experience possible.

All Book Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our inventory, all book sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before completing a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on select non-book items, such as stationery and gifts, within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@charmedpagebooks.com before sending your item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Books (all book sales are final)
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods (prepackaged food or beverages)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 business days of delivery so we can make it right. Follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
  2. Email the photos and a brief description of the issue to hello@charmedpagebooks.com.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@charmedpagebooks.com.
